Design: Soil fungil communities were analyzed using high-throughput amplicon sequencing. The fungal ITS was amplified with the universal primers ITS1F (5-CTT GGT CAT TTA GAG GAA GTA A-3) (Gardes and Bruns, 1993) and ITS2R (5-GCT GCG TTC TTC ATC GAT GC-3) (White, 1990).
